Our setup is quite simple because we spend most of our time out on sites rather than sitting behind a desk. We’ve got some old chairs and a big table where we spread out the plans. Dinesh Pratap Singh is the name on the papers, and it’s a family-style environment here. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, so we are always wiping things down. In the winter, it gets quite cold in this part of Uttar Pradesh, so we drink plenty of hot tea to keep going. We don't bother with fancy signs or anything like that. We just focus on the construction work and making sure we finish what we started. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything. Just a regular house where we run our business and try to stay organized. Most of the time, the phone is ringing or someone is dropping by to chat about a project. We do our work and go home to our families.
