Om Clinic

Our clinic is situated in Vill Post Bharakhr, which is part of the Ballia district. This is a very rural area, so our clinic is quite different from what you would see in a big city. We serve the people of the village and the folks from the smaller settlements nearby. Most people come to us on foot or by bicycle. The building is a simple structure with just the basics needed to see patients. We deal with the kind of health problems you see in a farming community, like seasonal allergies, minor injuries, or common infections. We know everyone who walks through the door, often knowing their parents and children too. It feels more like being part of a big family than running a business. We don’t have much in the way of high-tech equipment, but we do what we can with the tools we have. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult. When the rains are heavy, the roads around Bharakhr get very muddy, and it’s hard for people to reach us. But we stay open to help whoever can make it. We don’t have a website or any ads. People just know we are here because we’ve been here for so long. It is a quiet, steady life. We are just glad to be able to provide some medical help to our local community in Ballia.
