We are over here in Ballia, right in the Kharasara village area. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, away from the big city noise. Ashit Kumar Singh runs things around here at Lloyd Insulations(I)Ltd. Most of our days are spent checking on insulation materials and making sure everything gets where it needs to go. The roads in this part of Uttar Pradesh can be a bit tricky during the rain, but we manage. We’ve been at this post for a while now. People know where the office is, usually near the post office. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular place where work gets done. Sometimes it gets really hot in the summer, so we start early. The staff usually brings lunch from home and we sit around the desk to eat. We deal with various insulation jobs for different sites. It’s steady work and keeps everyone busy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything, just us handling the paperwork and the supplies. If you come by, you’ll see the village life happening right outside our door. It’s a lot of manual tracking of items and talking to drivers who get lost finding the village. It is what it is, a small operation in a big district like Ballia. We try to keep things moving every day even when the power goes out for a bit. There’s always some pile of files on the desk or a delivery truck waiting at the gate. We just do our part here in Kharasara. It’s a simple life.
