Glowup Infrastructure Private Limited is based out of number 33 in Babhanouli, which is in the Kuresasonwani area of Ballia. It’s a local operation, and we don’t try to pretend to be anything else. We handle a variety of infrastructure tasks, and that means we’re often out in the elements, getting our hands dirty. The office in Babhanouli is where we keep the books and store some of our smaller equipment. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s more of a place where we drink coffee and plan out the week’s schedule. Ballia is a place where you have to be practical and hardworking to get anything done, and we’ve taken that to heart. We don’t use a lot of promotional language or talk about being the best. We just focus on the job at hand. Some days the logistics are a nightmare, and other days things go smoothly. We’ve learned to deal with the unpredictability of construction work over the years. We have a small team that stays pretty busy. Being in Kuresasonwani, we know most of the people around here, and they know us. We aren't interested in being a giant firm with hundreds of employees. We like being small enough to know exactly what’s happening on every one of our sites. It’s simple, physical work that requires a lot of coordination.
