Castrol India Ltd Agra Zone

We are out here in Village Imilia, which is near the Belthra Road post office in the Ballia district. It’s a bit of a trek from the main cities, right in the heart of Uttar Pradesh. This is the Agra Zone office for Castrol India Ltd, but it feels very local being situated in a village. The environment is different than a city office. We have trucks coming in and out, and the air smells like dirt and engine oil most of the time. There is a lot of dust because the roads around here aren't always paved perfectly. Our team handles the distribution and logistical side of things for this region. We spend a lot of time on the phone with mechanics and shop owners from the surrounding areas. It’s a 221715 pin code area, so it’s quite specific. The building is simple and serves its purpose for storing things and handling paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just wait it out or work by the windows. People around here know us as the place where the oil drums are moved. It isn't a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It's just a functional site where we work hard and go home to our families in the village or nearby towns. The pace is steady but rarely quiet during the day. We've been part of this landscape for quite some time now.
