Ballia Dental Hospital

If you find yourself near the Kasim Bazar Chauraha, you will probably see where we are located. We are right by Vishnu Dharamsala, which is a landmark most people in the area know quite well. At Ballia Dental Hospital, things are usually moving fast. We spend most of the day looking at teeth, cleaning them, or fixing parts that have started to decay. It gets noisy with the drills sometimes, but that is part of the job. The waiting room has some old chairs and some magazines that have been there for a while. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just a place where people come when their tooth starts aching in the middle of the night. Our assistants are usually busy setting up the trays or talking to someone about an appointment. The street outside can get quite loud with all the rickshaws and people moving about near the bazaar. Inside, we just focus on whatever patient is sitting in the chair at the moment. We see a lot of kids who are a bit scared of the dentist and older folks who need help with their dentures. We keep the floor swept and the instruments clean, and that's about it. It’s a practical setup. We’ve been at this spot for some time, so the locals know we are the ones near the Dharamsala. It’s a simple life here, just doing one tooth at a time. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.
