Balitech Builders & Developers Private Limited is based right out of H. No. 1 in Village-Piaria. It is a quiet place near Post-Aundi Phephna. Living and working in Ballia means you know everyone around. Our office isn't some high-rise. It is part of the village life here in the 221701 pin code area. We started this because we wanted to do something local. Most of our days are spent out in the sun or talking to people from the neighborhood. It is a bit different from how things work in the big cities of Uttar Pradesh. Things move a bit slower here, and we like it that way. You get to see the progress of every brick. Sometimes the rain slows us down, or the heat gets too much, but we keep at it. Being at House Number 1 makes us easy to find if you are passing through Piaria. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. It is just a handful of us making sure the building work gets done. We handle the paperwork and the actual construction right from here. It gets noisy sometimes when there is a lot of activity, but usually, it is just the sound of the village. We have been here for a good while now and seen the village change bit by bit. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't really need much else to be happy.
