Sri Sai Super Market

Running Sri Sai Super Market keeps us on our feet all day. We are located in Kustagi, right in the Koppal district. Being right across from the KSRTC bus stand on NH-13 means we see a lot of people passing through. Travelers come in looking for snacks or water, and the locals come in for their weekly groceries. It’s a busy spot and sometimes it gets a bit crowded near the entrance. We try to keep the shelves stocked with whatever people ask for. If someone wants something we don't have, we try to get it in for the next time they visit. It’s a family-run place, so you’ll usually see one of us behind the counter. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything, just a simple way of keeping track of what’s sold. The floors get a bit dirty when it rains because of all the foot traffic from the bus stand, but we mop it up when we can. We like being part of the Kustagi community. You hear all the news from the bus drivers and the people waiting for their rides. It’s a lot of work and our backs ache by the end of the shift, but it’s good to be the place where people can find what they need. We’ve been here for years and hope to stay. It is just a shop, but to us, it is where we spend our lives.
