We are located over at Cowl Bazaar in Bellary, specifically at 6-521 on KC Road. The office is right there in the BSNL Colony area. It’s a part of town that has its own rhythm and feel. We’ve been running Satish Real Estate from here for quite some time now. The building isn't anything special, just a regular place where we keep our files and meet with people who need advice on land. KC Road can get a bit dusty and busy during the middle of the day, but we’re used to that. We mostly focus on the lands and houses around the Cowl Bazaar and BSNL Colony. It’s a lot of talking to local residents and keeping an eye on what’s being built or sold. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or fancy software to do our work. It’s mostly just us, our phones, and a lot of notebooks where we scribble down notes and phone numbers. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon out in the sun showing plots to families who are looking to build a house for themselves. Other days we just sit in the office and try to get the paperwork in order so everything is legal and clear. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and we like it. People around here know us by name, and we like that way of doing business. We don't have big ads; most people just hear about us from a friend or neighbor.
