We set up the office here in Ballari at Sri Mata in Ganesh Colony quite a while back. It’s a quiet spot in Sathyanarayana Pet. Mostly we just spend our days helping people figure out what they want to do with their jobs or studies. The building isn't anything fancy, just H.No.3 on the 77-2/17 plot. We get a lot of locals coming through the door. It gets pretty hot here in Karnataka during the summer, but we keep the fans going at full speed. We have a few wooden desks and some plastic chairs where people sit down and talk through their options. Sometimes it’s a student who isn't sure which way to go, or someone older looking for a change in their life. We try to keep things straightforward. There’s no big sales pitch when you walk in. We just look at what skills someone has and what the current market looks like. It takes time to get through everything properly. We usually have some tea or coffee around to offer folks. Dealing with career stuff can be stressful for people, so we try to keep the atmosphere calm. The address is a bit of a mouthful if you’re trying to find us for the first time, but once you’re in Sathyanarayana Pet, most people know the area. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. It’s just us doing what we can to help out. Nothing too complicated about it really. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is done.
