Aadesha Chit Fund Private Limited is located on the third floor of Plot No. 107. We are in Ward No. 18, right on the Parvathi Nagar Main Road in Bellary. Being on the third floor means there are a lot of stairs to climb, but you get used to it after a week or two. We are quite close to Bombay Chats, so you can often smell the food in the evenings which makes us all hungry. The office has big windows that look out onto the main road. You can see the traffic and the people going about their business all day. It’s a bit noisy with the horns honking, but we don't mind it much anymore. Inside, we have a few desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to folks who come up the stairs to see us. It’s a practical space. We don't have fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to run the chits. Every morning we sweep the floor and get the water ready for the day. Bellary gets very hot, so the ceiling fans are always running at full speed. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. We keep the ledgers updated by hand and try to make sure no mistakes are made during the busy hours.
