Our site at 23/7 Mathura Road is always a hub of activity. Working here means you are around big machines and heavy equipment all day long. It isn't the kind of place where you wear a suit and tie; most of us are in work clothes that end up covered in grease or dust by noon. The sound of engines is constant, and there is always a truck or a loader moving somewhere in the yard. We handle a lot of the parts and service side of things for the machines people see on construction sites. It is a big operation, but we try to keep the atmosphere friendly and down-to-earth among the staff. Mathura Road is one of the busiest stretches around, so the noise from the traffic never really stops, even when we are inside. We don't have any polished marketing speeches to give. We just focus on the hardware and making sure everything is in working order. If a machine is down, it means someone’s project is stopped, so we take the repairs seriously. We take our breaks in a simple lunchroom where we talk about the work and whatever else is going on. It’s a long day and the work is physically demanding, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing those big machines ready to go back out. We just show up, do the job, and try to keep things running.
