Rikki Plastic Private Limited is located at Plot No. B 5, right across from JCB India Ltd. It’s an easy place to find because everyone knows the JCB plant. Our spot isn't nearly as big as theirs, but we stay busy. We spend our days dealing with plastic molds and raw materials. There are always stacks of pallets piled up near the entrance. Sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in plastic beads, but that’s the nature of the business. The air smells a bit like warm plastic most days. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone in a suit. It’s just us in our work shirts, making sure the production line doesn’t jam up. The machines are old but they still do the job if you treat them right. We’ve had some long nights here when a big order comes in. It’s not a glamorous life, but it pays the bills. People come to us when they need specific parts made. We don't make a big fuss about it. We just set the machines and let them run. The traffic on the road outside can be a mess during shift changes at the neighboring factories. We just keep our heads down and do our work. If you stop by B 5, you’ll likely hear the hum of the cooling fans from the street. There is always a stray cat hanging around the back door looking for scraps. It helps keep the mice away from the storage area.
