Our company, NEW INDUSTRIAL & CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENTS PVT. LTD., is based out of Plot 02 in Rajeev Colony. It’s a pretty industrial area, so you’ll usually hear the sound of machines or trucks nearby throughout the day. We have been here long enough that the surroundings feel like home to us. The office is right where the action is, so we can see what’s going on with the equipment and the staff. It’s a lot of work keeping track of heavy machinery and making sure everything is where it should be. We don’t really do the whole polished corporate image thing because our work is usually a bit more hands-on and dusty. You’ll see us in our regular clothes, likely with a bit of dirt on our boots if we’ve been out on the plot. The paperwork side of things happens in the small office area where we try to keep the folders organized. It’s a busy environment and there is rarely a quiet moment between the phone calls and the deliveries coming through the gates. We have a decent group of people working here who just get on with what needs to be done. Rajeev Colony is a good spot for this kind of work because we have the space we need to move things around. We don’t spend time on fancy talk, we just focus on the equipment and making sure the daily schedule is met.
