Hr Vision

We've been over here at Sector-65 in Ballabgarh for a while now. Dealing with hiring and people stuff is what we do every day at Hr Vision. It’s a busy spot right by the Bypass Road. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who need jobs. It gets pretty hectic sometimes, especially when a lot of people come in at once. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get the work done. We try to help folks find where they fit in different companies. It’s not always easy because everyone wants something different. We listen to what the businesses around here are looking for and then try to find someone who actually knows how to do the job. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and the paperwork piles up on the desks, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Ballabgarh over the years. More buildings going up, more traffic on the bypass. We just keep doing our thing, helping out where we can. If you walk past our building, you'll probably see us inside drinking tea and sorting through folders. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us working hard to make sure people get a chance to work. We know the local area well and that helps when we're trying to figure out which person should go to which job site. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we stay busy.
