If you look for Chaand Security Service, you’ll find us at Office No-3 on the IMT Main Road. We are in Sector No-69, over in Chandawali. It’s a growing area with lots of new things coming up. We’ve been stationed here for a bit, watching the neighborhood change. Our office isn't very large, but it's where we manage everything. We spend a lot of our time talking to the guards and making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of coordination, really. Sometimes it gets hectic, especially when someone doesn’t show up or there's a last-minute change. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the jobs we have are done right. Being on IMT Main Road means we see a lot of people going to and from work every day. It’s a busy stretch of road. We handle the paperwork and the hiring right from this small room. People stop by sometimes just to ask about work or to see what we do. We don't have a flashy website or big ads. Mostly, people hear about us from others in Chandawali. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know the streets and the people. It’s just us doing our part in the community and keeping things moving. It isn't always easy, but it is honest work that keeps us busy every single day.
