Arora Tools

We’ve been here at Shop No. 31 in Friends Colony for quite a while now. You can find us right on Sohna Road, close to the railway crossing, which usually means there is plenty of traffic passing by all day. Arora Tools is basically just a local spot where we keep a lot of different tools in stock for the guys working around here. We don’t really do fancy ads or anything. People just stop by when they need something specific for a job they are doing. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded with all the boxes, but we know where everything is kept. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others helping out. We deal with all sorts of people, from regulars who come in every week to someone who just needs a single wrench because theirs broke. The railway crossing can be a bit of a headache with the noise and the waiting, but it makes us easy to find if you are in the area. We try to keep the door open even when it’s hot outside so people know we’re around. There isn’t much to the place, just shelves and tools and a desk where we do the bills. It’s a simple setup. We spend most of our time organizing the stock or talking to customers about what part they need for their machine. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the night.
