Down here in Balasore, specifically in the Sunhat area, is where you’ll find this branch of Srmb Srijan Ltd. Orissa has a different feel to it, a bit more relaxed than the big cities, but we still keep ourselves quite busy. The office is pretty basic. We have the essentials and not much else. Most of the time, we are dealing with local logistics and making sure everything is on track for our customers. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anyone in expensive suits. It’s usually just us in our regular clothes, drinking some water or tea and checking the inventory lists. The Sunhat post office is close by, so that’s handy for all the mail we have to send out. We like being part of the community here in Balasore. It feels like a real place where people know each other’s names. We don’t try to act like a giant corporation that doesn’t care about the small details. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and try to fix it. That’s the way it should be. We’ve been here through the different seasons, the heat and the rain, and we just keep the doors open and the work moving. It’s practical, it’s honest, and it’s what we do. No more, no less. We’re just a bunch of people working in a quiet part of Orissa, doing the daily tasks that need to get done for our trade.
