You can find us at Bampada, near the Chhanpur post office in the Balasore district of Orissa. Jagatjeet Pradhan is the person who runs this branch of Orissa Cements Ltd. Our setup here is very basic and focuses on the practical side of things. We aren't in a big city, so we have a bit more room, but it is still a working environment through and through. The office is really just a place to handle the accounts and talk to the people who are buying cement from us. Outside, you can usually see trucks being loaded or unloaded. It can get quite dusty and noisy when the work is in full swing, but that is to be expected in this line of work. We don't have any fancy furniture or expensive decor. It is just a place where we get the job done. The team here is small, and we mostly know everyone in the local area who is doing any kind of building work. We spend our time making sure the right amount of cement gets to the right place. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like during the heavy rains, but we just adjust our schedules and keep moving. We don't use any promotional language or try to act like we are something we are not. We are just a local team working hard to keep the supply chain going for our neighbors and customers in Balasore.
