It is a very down-to-earth place to work. We don’t have a polished corporate image because we are just regular people from the local villages and towns. Most of us have been working for Maithan Ispat Ltd for quite a few years. We know the roads around Ishanmundali like the back of our hands. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy slogans. We just focus on the day-to-day operations. It can get pretty quiet out here near Mulising, which is nice for getting work done.
