Living and working out here in Balasore is quite different from being in a big city like Pune. We know the name is a bit confusing to some people who visit or call us up. We just handle the day-to-day things here. The office is tucked away in a place that feels very local. Sometimes the mail takes an extra day to reach us because we are in a smaller town. That is just how it is. We don't mind it much. It’s peaceful for the most part. We have our routines and we stick to them. Most of us have been around this area for a long time. It’s home.
