We are based out in Kamarda, which is a small spot in the Balasore district of Orissa. If you have ever been around this way, you know it is quite a journey to get here from the bigger cities. Our office is located at Satya Ranjan Mohanty’s place. It is a pretty quiet area most days, except for the local kids playing outside or the occasional tractor passing by. We handle things for Lea Associates South Asia from this office. Usually, the day starts with someone making a pot of tea and a quick chat about what is on the schedule. Sometimes the internet connection can be a bit of a headache, or the power goes out for an hour, but we just wait it out. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We have been in this spot for a good while now. The address is long to write on a letter, At/Po/Via-Kamarda, but the local postman has been coming here for years and knows exactly where to go.
