We are located in Moti Plaza in Balasore, Orissa. If you know the area, it's a pretty recognizable spot. Our office here isn't very large, but we manage to get everything done. It’s mostly about managing the local distribution and keeping an eye on the accounts. The building itself sees a lot of foot traffic. We’ve been here in Balasore for a good number of years. The humidity can be a bit much sometimes, especially during the monsoon season when everything feels damp. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in our workspace. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of ledgers. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm going. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just talk to people plainly and try to solve whatever issues come up during the day. It’s a lot of coordinating with transport guys and making sure the supplies are moving through the region. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, but we just find other things to do until it comes back. It’s a very local operation. We know the people in the building and the shopkeepers nearby. We just aim to stay busy and keep the operations steady. It’s not complicated, just regular daily work in a regular office in Orissa. We handle the paperwork and keep things moving.
