This is Urbee Food Processors. We are located in Kalaspur, which is part of Simulia Biranchipur. It’s a one-person company, which is what the OPC means in our name. I mostly run things from here. It is a small food processing unit. We don’t have hundreds of workers or a huge factory floor. It’s just a practical space where we get things done. Being in Biranchipur is nice because it’s not too loud. We handle different food items depending on the season. The equipment takes up most of the room. I spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure everything is where it should be. The walls are plain. We don't have fancy decorations. Most of the neighbors know us as the food place in Kalaspur. It is hard work sometimes, especially when the weather is hot. We try to keep things moving though. The address is pretty straightforward. You just look for Urbee in the Kalaspur area. We aren't doing any big advertising. Word of mouth is usually how people find out we are here. It's a basic operation. We process what comes in and send it back out. That’s the whole story. No more, no less. Just a local business trying to stay busy in Orissa. It feels right being here. I started this from scratch and I handle everything from the paperwork to the actual processing work. It’s a lot for one person but I like the control it gives me over the food.
