Being over here on I.G. Marg at the Iti Chhak junction means things are always moving. Royal Touch Granites Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us and a lot of stone slabs. It’s not really a place where you’ll find people in suits. We are usually covered in some kind of stone dust or water from the cutting machines. It’s a noisy business, especially when we have several orders going at once. We’ve got different blocks stacked up, and we spend a good chunk of our day just moving them with the crane so people can actually see the patterns. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess, but we keep working through it. It’s honest work, even if it’s tough on the back. We see a lot of people coming through this part of town, and they often stop in just because they saw a piece of stone they liked from the road. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. It’s mostly just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. If a truck arrives late, we end up staying a bit longer to get it unloaded. It’s just how we do things here. We know the regulars and the contractors who work around here, and they know where to find us when they need a specific color or size for a job.
