Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our business. We spend most of our time out at different sites, checking on how the walls are going up. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but that’s construction for you. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just try to get the houses built so families can move in. Being local to Balasore means we know the suppliers and the local guys who work the hardest. It’s a community here, and we’re just one part of it. Sridhar keeps things organized, or at least as organized as a busy construction office can be. There’s usually a pile of bricks or some cement bags nearby. We like the work. It keeps us moving.
