We are Mohanty Realcon Private Limited. Our office sits at Plot No-14/393 Bhimpur in Balasore. If you are coming down the main stretch in Baleshwar, you have to turn off toward Bhimpur. It is a pretty normal neighborhood. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it stays fairly cool even when the sun is hitting the roof. We spend most of our mornings here just going through files and taking care of the usual business stuff. The address is 756019 if you are looking it up. There are about four of us here on a typical day. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have been here since we opened up. The tea stall down the road is where we usually get our afternoon snacks. It is not a big corporate setup with a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in. The plot number 14/393 is clearly marked, but sometimes people still miss it because of the way the street curves. Balasore is a quiet town for the most part. We like it that way. We just do our tasks and try to keep things organized. The floor needs a good sweep more often than it gets one, but it is a working space. It is mostly just us dealing with the day-to-day things that come up. Nothing fancy, just a local spot in Bhimpur where we get our work done.
