You can find Dibyansu Construction Private Limited over at Block B-44 in the Supratik Infraventures complex. It is located in Kuruda, which is part of the Balasore area. We have been here for a bit, and the office has become a second home to a few of us. Baleshwar is a nice place to work, though the rains can really mess with our timelines. At the office, things are pretty casual. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in glass rooms. Usually, we are just sitting around a table with a map of a site and some cold water. We handle different types of construction work, mostly things that people in the community need. It is not always easy, and there are days when nothing seems to go right with the machinery or the deliveries. We just keep plugging away at it. The neighborhood around Kuruda is changing, and we are seeing more buildings come up every month. We know most of the other businesses in the Supratik complex. It feels like a small community. We don't have any slogans or big promises. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a practical business for practical people, and we are fine with that. Sometimes the local tea seller stops by and we take a break for ten minutes to talk about the local news. We don't bother with much else besides our daily tasks.
