Brisbun Food Industries Private Limited

Our building is located at Chandmari Padia on Plot 323/2830 in Balasore. Brisbun Food Industries is where we come to work every morning. It’s a bit of a plain building, but we have everything we need inside to get the job done. We spend most of the day on the production floor, making sure the machines are running and the food is being packed properly. Balasore can be quite busy, and our location puts us right in the middle of things. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. We just follow the steps and make sure the quality stays consistent. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a shipment is delayed, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just how it is in this line of work. We have a mix of people working here, some young and some who have been in food production for decades. We don't have a lot of fancy slogans. We just talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the shift. The floors are concrete and the lights are bright, and it can get a bit loud when everything is running at once. We usually have a tea break in the afternoon to catch our breath and talk about the day. It’s a steady routine that we’ve built up over time. We just keep our focus on the tasks at hand and try to do a decent job every day.
