Indian Organic Fertilizer Industry

We've been working out of Baldeo Bag for a while now. The whole idea with Indian Organic Fertilizer Industry started because we saw how the soil around here was getting worn out. My cousin and I decided to set up a small spot to process natural waste. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. Just a yard where we get our hands dirty every day. Most mornings start early, checking on the compost piles and making sure the mix is right. It gets dusty, and the smell is exactly what you’d expect from a fertilizer place, but that’s just how it goes. People from the nearby farms stop by to pick up bags or just to talk about how their crops are doing this season. We don't have a big sales team. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone if we aren't out back. The equipment is old but it works well enough for what we need. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with organic stuff means you have to be patient because you can't rush nature. Sometimes the weather messes with our drying process, and we have to wait a few extra days to get things bagged up. It’s a slow business, but it feels good to provide something that isn't full of harsh chemicals. We just stay focused on the work here in Baldeo Bag and hope the piles stay hot enough to break down right.
