Rishta Pharmaceuticals

Rishta Pharmaceuticals is located in the Jaleswarpur area of Balasore, right near the Government High School. You can often hear the kids playing or the school bell ringing from our office. It is a quiet enough area most of the time, except when school lets out and the streets get full of bicycles and walking students. We started this business with just a couple of rooms and a lot of ambition to stay busy. These days, we have more inventory than we used to, so things are a bit cramped. We have boxes stacked in the corners and files sitting on every available surface. It is a working office, not a showroom. We spend our mornings checking what came in the night before and our afternoons getting things ready for the next day. The team here is small, mostly people from around Balasore who do not want a long commute. We do not have any big corporate meetings or long presentations. We just stand around the main desk and talk about what needs to happen. Sometimes we get the order of things a bit wrong and have to redo a list, but we do not sweat the small stuff. We just want to keep things moving and make sure the shelves are not empty. It is a decent way to spend the day, working near the school and being part of Jaleswarpur.
