Writing about the office in Kamarda. We’ve been here at Satya Ranjan Mohanty’s place for a while now. It’s a quiet area in Balasore. Saroj Kumar Mohanty looks after things here and keeps the office running. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the internet is slow but we manage. The building is easy to find if you know the landmark. We deal with various projects around South Asia from this small spot in Orissa. It isn’t a fancy glass building or anything. Just a regular place where people sit at desks and look at maps or reports. We try to keep things organized. If you are looking for us, you have to go via Kamarda. Most people in the village know the house. We have a few rooms set up with computers. It gets quite hot in the summer here so the fans are always on. We don't really have a big sign outside. It’s mostly just us doing our daily tasks. We’ve been part of the neighborhood for a bit. People stop by sometimes to ask directions. We don't mind. The address is quite specific with the C/O Saroj Kumar Mohanty part because that’s how the mail gets delivered correctly here. It's a simple setup. We focus on the technical stuff mostly. Not much else to say really. Just a group of people working out of a house in Dist-Balasore.
