We are Jatania Consultency Pvt Ltd. Our office is right there in Motigunj Bazar, Balasore. If you know where Bharat Watch Co is, we are basically in the same spot. We have been in Orissa for a long time now. People walk by all the time because the market is always busy. It gets quite loud outside with the bikes and people talking, but inside it is just us working on paperwork. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It is just a regular place with desks and some chairs for people to sit when they come to talk to us. Most of the folks who come in are locals from around Balasore. They know the address easily. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because of the bazar, but we usually find it. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through files. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, I guess, but it works for what we need. It's funny how you get used to the noise of the clock ticking from the watch shop next door. We just do our thing and try to help out whoever walks through the door. There is no big secret to how we run things here. We just show up every day and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. That is pretty much it for us. We've been here long enough that the address feels like a second home to all of us.
