Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. Jharsuguda is actually tucked away in Tarbha, specifically in the Meher Para area of Sonepur. It’s a quiet place mostly, until the trucks start moving or we get a shipment of materials in. We’ve been here for a bit, handling the local side of things for various infrastructure projects. The building isn't much to look at, just four walls where we keep our logs and meet with the guys who do the actual heavy lifting. It gets dusty, especially during the dry season, but that's part of the job. Most of us here grew up nearby or have lived in the district long enough to know everyone. We don't use a lot of big words or have fancy brochures. If you need to find us, just ask around Meher Para, someone will point you to the right door. We deal with the daily headaches of building things—permits, schedules, and making sure the supplies show up on time. It’s hard work, and the days can be long. We just want to do a decent job and go home to our families. It’s a simple life out here in Sonepur, and we like it that way.
