Richlife & Co. is based out in Balangir, right on the Sambhalpur Road. We are in the Gandhi Nagar area, and the easiest way to find us is to look for the Hanuman Mandir. We are located very close to the temple. It’s a local spot and most people who live around here know exactly where that is. The office isn't anything fancy or polished. We have some basic furniture and a lot of files that seem to grow every month. Sometimes the dust from Sambhalpur Road settles on the windows, so we have to wipe them down more often than we’d like. It’s a hardworking environment here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us managing the day-to-day operations. Being in Gandhi Nagar is nice because it’s a mix of homes and small businesses. You can hear the bells from the mandir sometimes, which is a nice break from the sound of the traffic. We’ve been in Balangir for a while and we like the pace of things here. It is not as rushed as the bigger cities. We spend a lot of our time just making sure everything is in order and talking to people who come by with questions. It is a simple life and a simple business setup. We are just a group of people trying to do a decent job in our corner of town. We’ve been here long enough that we know the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the traffic.
