Maa Bhawani Gintech Private Limited is located in the Bolangir district, out in Kapani via Belpada. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren’t from this part of Odisha. The area is mostly rural, and our business is right in the middle of it. We deal with gintech, which involves a lot of practical, mechanical work. Our facility isn’t a shiny new factory; it’s a working site that sees a lot of use. There’s usually dust from the work and the sound of machinery in the background. We don’t have a big front office with a receptionist. Most of us are out where the work is actually happening. We spend our time managing the technical side of things and making sure the equipment is running like it should. Belpada is a quiet place for the most part, but we stay busy with the day-to-day tasks. We don’t really use any promotional language because we don’t need to. People in the area know what we do. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep things organized. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense type of place. We come in early, do what needs to be done, and that’s about it. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of people working together in Kapani. We just try to keep the machines going and get the work done right.
