Jaga Balia Store

We've been running Jaga Balia Store right here on Daily Market Road in Balangir for a good bit. If you know where the HDFC Bank is, we are just right across from it. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is out doing their shopping. Our shop isn't anything fancy, just shelves filled with the things people need every day. We try to keep a bit of everything so folks don't have to walk too far. Sometimes the aisles get a little crowded when a delivery comes in, and boxes might be stacked in the corner for a while. We know most of the people who walk through the door by name since they live nearby. It's a family-run kind of thing, so you'll usually see one of us behind the counter. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just open up early and stay until the market gets quiet. If we don't have something, we can usually get it in a few days. The fan in the back makes a bit of a rattling noise, but we’re used to it by now. Being across from the bank means it’s always lively outside. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful when someone is looking for a specific item. It’s a small shop but it keeps us busy from morning till night. People stop by just to chat sometimes too, which makes the day go by faster. We're part of the daily routine here.
