You can find us in Balanagar, right at the A1-Ameen Plaza. We are directly opposite the Amara Jyothi Petrol Bunk, which makes it easy for people to tell their drivers where to drop them off. Our office is where we handle all the travel arrangements. People come in mostly to figure out bus timings or to book a car for a trip out of town. It’s not a very fancy office, just some desks, chairs, and a few computers that sometimes run a bit slow when the internet acts up. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to drivers or checking seat availability. Balanagar is always crowded, so there is always noise coming in from the street. We’ve got maps on the wall and piles of paperwork that we try to keep organized. It's mostly just regular people coming in to plan their visits to family or work trips. Sometimes the schedules change at the last minute and we have to scramble to fix things. That’s just the way the travel business works. We don't do anything special, just help folks get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s a small operation and we’ve been at this spot for a good while now. Most of our day is spent making sure the bookings are right and the travelers are set.
