Care Biologicals Pvt. Ltd. is spread across the first and second floors of Plot No 137 in Prashanthi Nagar. We are located in the Kukatpally area of Balanagar, which is part of Rangareddy. It’s a busy industrial and residential mix around here, so there is always a lot of noise and dust outside. Inside our doors, things are a bit more controlled, as you would expect for a place doing biological work. The first floor is usually where all the supplies arrive and the heavy lifting happens, while the second floor is where we do most of the actual lab work and the paperwork. It is not a glamorous environment. We spend our hours looking at samples, checking data, and making sure our equipment is calibrated. The stairs between the two floors see a lot of use during the day. We have a small area where we keep our bags and eat our lunch, usually talking about local news or whatever is happening in the neighborhood. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a solid place where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact plot number in Prashanthi Nagar, so we end up going down to the street to guide them in. It’s just a group of us working hard in a practical space, trying to keep up with the daily demands of the lab.
