We operate out of 11-70/2 in the G P Complex over in Fathenagar. It’s part of the Balanagar area, which is always busy with people coming and going. The complex itself is an older building, so it has a bit of character, though the stairs can be a bit much some days. We don't have a massive staff, just a few of us sitting at our desks making calls and keeping records. It’s mostly about connecting with people and seeing what they need. Our office isn't decorated with expensive art or modern furniture; it’s just a place to work. We have a lot of files and old catalogs sitting around. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the neighbors are moving stock, but we just carry on. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big marketing slogans or fancy presentations. We just talk to folks and do our business. Being in Balanagar means we are close to a lot of other small shops and traders, which is handy. Most of the people who deal with us are regulars who know we’ve been here a while. We show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’re quite alright with that.
