Universoal Car Pvt. Ltd. is based in Jafferguda, which is a busy little corner of Balaji Nagar. We aren't one of those massive dealerships with glass walls and shiny floors. Our place is more of a working garage where things actually get done. We have been here for several years now, handling all sorts of things related to cars. Whether it is a mechanical issue or someone looking to buy or sell a vehicle, we handle it right here in the yard. It can get pretty loud and greasy, but that’s just how a car business is supposed to be. The guys working here are all local and they know their stuff when it comes to engines and bodywork. We don't use any fancy talk to try and convince people of anything. We just show them what is wrong with the car or what we have available on the lot. Balaji Nagar is a grounded area and we try to run our business the same way. The office is just a small room where we keep the paperwork, and most of the action happens outside under the sheds. We have built up a decent group of regulars who come to us because they know we won't give them the runaround. It is hard work and the days are long, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
