Shridham Multi Therapy Hospital And Research is located over at Ward No 11 in the Church Complex on Bhatera Road in Balaghat. It is a bit of a long name, but most of us just call it the hospital. We have a mix of things going on here since we do some research work alongside the regular therapy and medical services. The Church Complex is a well-known spot in Balaghat, so people usually do not have much trouble finding our entrance. Balaghat is our home, and most of the people who work here grew up in this area. We are not trying to be some high-tech futuristic facility with robots; we just want to have the right tools to help the people who walk in. The building is functional and we use every bit of space we have. Some days the hallways feel a bit narrow when there are a lot of patients and families moving around, but we manage to make it work. We deal with various therapies and medical cases every single day. It is a lot of staying on top of schedules and making sure the research side of things stays organized. We have plenty of paperwork to deal with at the front desk, which keeps the administrative staff very busy. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. It is a busy life, but it is what we do here.
