Our office is right on the main road in Balaghat, near pole MR-15. It’s easy to find if you’re driving through. We do infra work, which basically means a lot of dirt, concrete, and heavy machinery. We’ve been part of the Balaghat scene for some time. We started small with just a couple of tractors and grew from there. Now we have more equipment but the way we work hasn’t changed much. We stay busy with local projects around Madhya Pradesh. Some days the rain stops everything, especially during the monsoon. Then we just sit in the office and drink tea while waiting for the mud to dry. It's part of the job. We hire local guys because they know the terrain. We don't have a big corporate team, just folks who grew up around here and know how to build things. The paperwork is mostly handled by my niece. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the current project so we can move to the next one. The roads we build are used by our own families, so we make sure they stay together. It’s just us doing what we know. There isn't much to say other than we work hard and go home tired. We’ve been at this address for years and people know we are around for this kind of heavy work.
