L & K Creation

L & K Creation is tucked away on Daulat Marg. It’s a street that has its own rhythm, and we have been part of it for a good while. Our workspace is not very big, but it is where all the work for L & K Creation happens. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; usually, you just walk in and see us working at the tables. Daulat Marg can be a bit quiet some days and then suddenly very crowded the next. We have a few windows that look out onto the street, which is nice when the weather is good. Most of the time, we are busy with the actual making of things, so the place is often filled with scraps and tools. L & K Creation is just a small local business trying to do things our way. We don't use any fancy systems to track our work, just notebooks and a lot of memory. People who live on Daulat Marg know us by name, which is how we like it. It’s a very grounded way to spend the day. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be more than we are. If you find yourself on Daulat Marg, you can’t miss the spot where we do our work. There is usually some music playing in the background while we work, and the smell of the materials we use lingers in the air. It isn't a factory, just a place where things are made by hand. We enjoy the process and the people who stop by just to say hello or check on an order at L & K Creation. It keeps us going every day.
