We deal with estates and buildings. It is a lot of walking around and looking at land. Bhanegaonlanji is a quiet place, but we keep busy enough. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. Our setup is simple, just like the town. We are just regular people trying to make things work. Sometimes we are in the office and sometimes we are out in the sun. Building and land work is unpredictable. You never know when a problem might pop up. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been in Balaghat for a long time now. We know the people in Ward 04 quite well. It’s a friendly area. We aren't looking to be the biggest name in the state. We just want to do okay and keep things moving. Most of our days are spent talking to locals and checking on projects.
