Ganga Lake View Residency Llp is run by Mandhata Singh, who is the son of Ramneh Singh. We are located in Ravrinda Vancolony, over in the Chiraundi area. If you are trying to find us, we are near the Bariatu police station and Boreya. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a quiet spot once you get there. The office is basically a ground-floor room where we keep all the registers for the residency projects. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that, just a simple nameplate. My brother helps out with the site visits while I stay back to handle the people who walk in with questions about their housing. The area around Chiraundi has changed quite a bit lately, with more people moving in and new roads being built. We try to keep up with all the changes, but it’s a lot of work for a small team. The office has an old ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the air moving. We spend a lot of our time talking to the builders and the folks who live in the colony. It is a practical business, focusing on getting the paperwork right and making sure everyone knows where their boundaries are. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one here in Boreya. Most people just walk in off the street because they saw our gate. It’s been a good journey so far.
