Flyash Brick

We are located over in Ward No 9, in the village of Dhansuwa. It’s a small operation we have here for Flyash Brick. Most of the people in the village know where we are. It’s not a very big place, just a simple yard where we mix the ash and press the bricks. We don't have any big machines that do everything automatically; we still do a lot of the work by hand. The yard can get a bit messy, especially when we are mixing the materials, but we try to keep it as organized as we can. It’s just part of the job. We don't have a formal office, just a small stool and a table where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work, especially when it’s too windy and the ash starts blowing around. We just wait for it to calm down and then get back to it. Our customers are mostly local folks building small houses or shops in the taluka. We don't really go looking for business; people just show up when they need something. We've lived in Dhansuwa all our lives, so we know everyone who comes through the gate. It's a quiet life, mostly just the sound of the bricks being stacked and the occasional truck engine. We aren't trying to grow into a huge company. We just want to keep doing what we're doing right here in Ward No 9. It’s a good enough life for us.
