Our place is on Balaghat Road, right across from the petrol pump. We are in Flat 107 at Sai Sun Residency. It’s a bit of a mix because it’s a residential building but we run our food and beverage work from here. We have a lot of crates stacked up in the hallways sometimes. Appie Foods And Beverages Privatelimited spends time managing orders and checking the stock we have in the coolers. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens. We are always washing bottles or checking labels. It gets pretty cramped when we have a big shipment coming in. The neighbors are used to us by now. We see the cars pulling into the petrol pump all day long from our window. It’s a busy part of town. We handle a variety of drinks and snacks. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish the inventory. Our team is small, just a couple of people who know how to handle the pressure. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and see us working. The floors are tiled and we try to keep them shiny, but there’s always someone moving a box. We use the local markets for a lot of our supplies. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with the daily demand. It is not always easy but we get by most weeks.
