We are based in Manama, Bahrain. Being a construction company in a place like this means things are always moving. Manama is a city that never seems to stop building. We have been part of that for a while now. Our office is right in the heart of things. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all the time. We have engineers, site supervisors, and office staff all rubbing shoulders in a space that’s sometimes a bit too small for all of us. But we make it work. We don't have a lot of time for corporate polish. Most of us are more comfortable in our work boots than in suits. We spend a lot of our day on the phone coordinating with sites or talking to suppliers. It’s a high-energy environment, and it can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once. We’ve handled a lot of different projects around the city. Every job has its own problems, but we just figure them out as they come up. We don’t have some big philosophy about it. We just build things and try to make sure they stand up properly. It’s a simple business at its core, even if the logistics get complicated. We like being in the middle of Manama. There's always something happening right outside our window. We just keep going, day after day, until the job is finished. It’s how we’ve always done it and it works fine.
