Our office for Ibtidah Developers is located in the Saray Jarwal Kasba House, which is right next to the Jama Masjid in Bahraich. It’s a very old and recognizable part of the town. We like being near the mosque because it’s easy for everyone to find us. The building we are in is simple and practical. We don't have any of those modern office features, just some desks, chairs, and our project files. Most of our work happens out in the streets and plots of Bahraich. We are a local team and we understand how things work in this area. Construction can be a messy business, and we are usually right in the middle of it. We spend a lot of time talking to the workers and making sure we have enough sand and cement for the day. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes we have to wait for supplies or deal with the rain. We just take it as it comes. We aren't big on talking ourselves up. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done. The people around the masjid know us well by now. We often stop for a quick tea at the nearby stalls while we discuss the plans. It’s a straightforward way of living and working. We just want to keep building and stay busy with the local projects that come our way.
